About us
With an abundance of experience leading all types of workers and relevant educational experience, we have devoted ourselves to bringing leadership tools to those who want them in an engaging way - with no judgment as to where you are at or how you got there.
As former co-workers who supervised hundreds of front-line staff, we saw a clear gap in leadership development opportunities for supervisors of varying experience and staffing types. We believe getting leadership and service tools in the hands of all staff will make the world a better place, and therefore decided to unleash our knowledge in the hopes it can help others lead from where they are.

Any other Arm Cherries out there?
Leah Gregg - BSc. Kin, CMML, MAL
As the manager of a busy recreation facility with over 20 full time and 250 hourly staff, no two staff (or days!) are the same. Leah completed her Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and is a senior advisor with the Edmonton Riverhawks where she works in an elite sports environment to help create a positive culture and comprehensive engagement plan for their staff, players and volunteers. Leah is also the mom of two, enjoys playing ball hockey, and religiously watches Law & Order: SVU *dun dun*.
Julia Seguin - BPE, MBA, CMML
As a teen, a summer student council program sparked an interest in leadership for Julia, and she hasn’t looked back since! Julia has used those skills, coupled with academic accomplishments including a Masters in Business Administration and Certificate in Municipal Management & Leadership, to rise through the municipal government world - from an hourly aquatics instructor to a recreation centre manager. Her strong interpersonal leadership and development abilities were identified as important to share throughout the organization, and she now resides as the leader of Workplace Planning and Development where she provides long term culture and engagement planning throughout all levels of the organization. Julia also enjoys matching wits with her two teenagers and husband, running, reading, doing puzzles and finding the perfect Seinfeld GIF for any occasion.
